00:36because they immediately evacuated us

00:39so that we can realize our freedom

00:47According to the PDRRMO in Ilocos Norte,

00:51more than 1,000 families or more than 4,000 individuals

00:55are in the evacuation centers.

00:58They received a relief pack from the Department of Social Welfare and Development Office
