People of London: Is the weight loss jab a good idea?

We ask Londoners what they think of the new weight loss jab.

00:00Weight loss jobs, I'm always dubious about people taking artificial means to reduce weight.

00:06I think the best way is to have a healthy diet, preferably a vegan or a vegetarian diet,

00:12and to take exercise.

00:15Because these things which are kind of artificial, it's hard to keep them up, you know?

00:19It's not the way forward.

00:21Unless someone's really obese and they need that kind of initial boost to get going.

00:26I always prefer a good diet and exercise.

00:29I think for some people, as you say, it's very hard to lose weight.

00:34I find it's hard to try and keep weight off myself.

00:39So I think if this helps, I think getting people back to work is a good thing.

00:44Work is a good thing for everybody.

00:46It keeps you sane in a way.

00:48It keeps your mind good and it's good to have purpose.

00:54And I think dignity and some money, you know, is a good thing.
