00:27But, I mean, while I know it's very, very, I mean, it's quite not easy to, like, lose weight.
00:34And, I mean, I think there's no good or, you know, bad way to look at it.
00:39I think it depends on individual circumstances.
00:42I think it's important that they're part of a wider, sort of healthy policy.
00:48And people just don't think that injecting themselves as something is sort of a substitute for stuffing themselves more than they should.
00:54They don't know what harm they're doing, you know what I mean?
00:57You know, which is a shame.
