00:00Department of Budget and Management or DBM Secretary Amena Pangandaman has

00:05approved 454 million pesos budget for the Department of Health or DOH to

00:10purchase 173 medical vehicles. This funding is part of the Health Facilities

00:16Enhancement Program for 2024 aimed at improving health care access. The

00:21vehicles include 161 ambulances, 2 mobile clinics, 4 sea ambulances and 4

00:27passenger vans. This is the second batch of vehicle purchases following a

00:32previous approval for 141 units in June 2024.
