00:26At the moment, the 2-kilometer-long Balintawak Toll Plaza, northbound, outside of Metro Manila, is slow and congested.

00:36But after this, the running speed of our motorists will reach the NLEX-Harbor Link Interchange at 10 to 20 kilometers per hour.

00:45It is already slow when it comes to the NLEX-Harbor Link Interchange itself, and the line of vehicles is almost 4 kilometers long.

00:53On the other hand, Mindanao Toll Plaza is spacious while it is slowly slowing down in Bukawe Toll Plaza.
