00:00At this time of year, there is a strong storm that is full of hope outside of our Philippine area of responsibility, OPAR.
00:07The tropical storm with an international name, Bebingka, is located at 2,070 kilometers east of Eastern Visayas.
00:15This is caused by a strong wind of 75 kilometers per hour and a gust of wind of up to 90 kilometers per hour.
00:22This is caused by a high temperature of 25 kilometers per hour.
00:27Because of the trough of the tropical storm Bebingka, it will experience widespread rainfalls of Eastern Visayas, Caragas, Osogon, and Matbate.
00:36This is also affected in Cagayan Valley, Aurora, Quezon, and most of the Vico region.
00:42So expect isolated rains or thunderstorms.
00:46This is also what will be experienced here in Metro Manila, most of the country, due to the effect of the Southwest Monsoon.
