The Maloney Indoor Sporting Facility will come alive on Sunday for the final of the Anomaly Basketball tournament.

Favourites Maloney Pacers will take on Caledonia Clippers and It's been a contrasting road to this point for both teams as Sergio Du Four explains.

00:00It's going to be the Maloney Pacers versus Caledonia Clippers in the final of the Anomaly
00:05Basketball Tournament.
00:07They will do battle in familiar territory.
00:09However, while the Clippers boast of an experienced team and they've earned their pound of flesh
00:14on the court, do they hold the advantage over Pacers?
00:18In the semifinal, Pacers defeated formidable opponents in the New Chapter Academy in a
00:23close 94-85 victory.
00:26It comes after they secured a perfect record to top their group as well.
00:30So who is the player to look out for?
00:32Tariq Singh scored a game-high 33 points for the Pacers even when Akeem Boyd and the NCA
00:37kept the game quiet and close in the second period.
00:40However, the Pacers took the game away in the third quarter and perhaps the Clippers
00:45will need to be mindful of that when they meet.
00:48In the second semifinal, the Clippers defeated Police 79-70.
00:52Their game awareness in the tournament has been top-notch as they've been able to respond
00:57tactically when appropriate.
00:59Ako Pascal landed 22 points.
01:02After a one-point lead at the end of the second quarter, they extended the lead in the third
01:07before closing off the match in the final quarter.

01:20place contest between Police and NCA which starts at 7pm.
