00:00I really like Halloween. When I was younger, I never really did trick-or-treating,

00:03but we've always had like a little party going on and stuff, so we do that quite a lot.

00:07And there's a lot of people you can dress up nowadays.

00:10I think Keir Starmer will be one that would scare everybody on Halloween,

00:14so I think I might dress up as Keir Starmer this year.

00:16Sorry to be political. Tried to avoid it.

00:19Personally, I find Halloween very stressful.

00:21I feel like you've got to go out and do something,

00:24and it's got to be this big night, and there's a bit of pressure.

00:28I dressed like a vampire, I think, until every year, I think until I was, what, 12?

00:32And then, yeah, it kind of got a bit weirder. I did Enya, and I think I remember coming down

00:38this street dressed in Enya for a reggaeton party a few years ago, which was quite funny.

00:42I don't like Halloween. I've had experiences of witches against my Christian faith,

00:52which I can't really go on too length now.

00:55So I'm sorry to say, being positive about Halloween,

00:59I say it can generate fear, which I've experienced.

01:03I'm going to a Halloween party this year as Shaggy from Scooby-Doo.

01:09I used to live in Bulgaria, so Halloween as a kid was never really celebrated,

01:14because I think we have our own Night of the Dead, or maybe,

01:18I don't know what the right translation would be.

01:20When I was young, the trick or treat was actually on my parents,

01:24that if I didn't get a treat, it wasn't on other people, we didn't go to other people.

01:28It was sort of really, we're sort of on our parents,

01:31so if you don't treat us, we'll do a trick on you, you know, that sort of thing.

01:34So it was a standard joke that,

01:36aren't you supposed to go to other people and do trick or treat?

01:39Not, you know, not us.

01:40No, sorry, you're the easy target.

01:42I don't buy stuff for it. I just try to use what I've got.

01:45But it's like Easter, you know, the days after Halloween,

01:48you go into these shops and you get all the cheap chocolate,

01:52which is not really going for the same prices,

01:55and you sort of stock up on a lot of chocolate.

01:57Maybe that's the most consumerist approach to it.
