People of London: Should free school meals be UK wide?

We ask Londoners if they think every child in the UK should get free primary school meals.

00:12never like had anything like that. I was fortunate that I could like just be close to home so I could

00:18walk home, but it would be like, I think now you have like there's much more families that are

00:25more struggling and I think it should be like over the whole UK because it's definitely not

00:29something in the Netherlands that gets done. Yeah I think it's good London does and I think it should

00:34be across the UK at this point. Yeah definitely helps children with their learning and stuff like

00:39that. Yeah the thing becomes is like okay how healthy is like that food if it's going to be

00:43like chips and pizza and like chicken nuggets it's like well yes that might be cheaper but that's not

00:49like really healthy and that's not really like going to actually like help. I think that like

00:53causes then more problems I think in advance because like kids will then be like more overweight,

00:57they're not exercising, they're like more eating rubbish.
