Spiced strawberry margarita at Glasgow’s Maison by Glaschu

We visit Maison by Glaschu, the newest restaurant to enter Princes Square, where they create a spices strawberry margarita.

00:15I'm going to make a Spiced Strawberry Margarita for you.

00:18Let's get started.

00:19So we've got, to start with,

00:2235 mils of Reposado tequila.

00:3015 mils of Habanero-infused bourbon.

00:3725 mils of lime.

00:4315 mils of strawberry liqueur.

00:48And 25 mils of fresh strawberry puree.

00:54This is then finished off

00:57with three big dashes of Tabasco.

01:03So we then take that

01:05and shake it.

01:13And then

01:17strain it over ice.

01:24And then garnish

01:28with a whole green chili pepper.

01:32And that

01:35is our Spiced Strawberry Margarita.

01:37The rim is a chili and lime salt.
