Former England player Scott Taylor reveals his  ambitions after being unveiled as first coach of new League One club Goole Vikings.

00:00We'll take it week by week, and I'm a very competitive person, I really am, and I'm going to go into every game wanting to win.

00:07So I've got an hour where with every game I'm going to go up yet, but that's not the end line, I'm not going out there to say that.

00:13We're building something special here, something new. There's been so many hours going behind the scenes already with people on the team.

00:19We're building a squad, a staff, and really getting some momentum. We'll come into training and take it week by week.

00:28We want to be successful, and we need to be successful, and we need to win.

00:33But I'm realistic in the fact that it's a big task at hand here, and it's very rare in a young team.

00:39You've seen teams do it in the past, go into it like your Cornwalls and London School, people like that.

00:45It is tough, but I think we're on the front foot already, where we are location-wise, and we've already bought into the club.

00:52Will you be tempted to put your boots on again?

00:56If we go up to that level and walk away and say, I'm no longer your head coach, if I'm needed then we are in trouble.
