00:25everyone so I think if you want to track for the causes of crime a lot
00:29easier if you want to track to tackle the symptoms of crime as I say use
00:33technology as much as you can I would prefer fewer people in prison because I
00:39think that's using my taxes in the way I don't want and I don't want more
00:44prisons built I for example think the use of tags where people can be
00:48monitored is far more effective for example those university students who
00:51were who were put in prison for protesting against oil putting them in
00:56prison is ridiculous
