00:08on Monday, September 23rd. Three tube lines and the overground were partially suspended

00:14due to flooding caused by heavy rain on Sunday night. On the District line, there was no

00:19service between Turnham Green and Richmond, while on the London overground there had been

00:24no service between South Acton and Richmond. All those services are still experiencing

00:31delays as of the afternoon of Monday 23rd September. The Environment Agency has put

00:38in flood warning for Yeading Brook East at South Riceless as river levels remain high

00:44after last night's rain. Residents are being asked to avoid walking, cycling or driving
