00:00National Security Council, or NSC, assured another Philippine vessel will be deployed in Sabina or Escoda Shoal.

00:07According to National Security Advisor Eduardo Año, they are just waiting for the bad weather to pass,

00:13but he said a Philippine Coast Guard or PCG ship is on the way.

00:17Last Sunday, the BRP Teresa Magpanoa returned after a five-month deployment to Escoda Shoal.

00:23Año added the country will maintain its presence in all features of the West Philippine Sea

00:29to protect the nation's sovereign rights and integrity.

00:59Our Coast Guard is on the way, but because of the weather, we need to shelter first.
