00:29Visayas and Mindanao will travel via Matnog Port in Sorsogon.

00:40LTFRB land travel of buses and trucks

00:44to Visayas and Mindanao via Matnog Port

00:47and other areas in the Bicol region.

00:50LTO and LTFRB will ensure that they are closely monitored
