00:21And in the next five to ten to twenty to thirty years, even more so in John Deere.

00:26But our role is to make sure that our customers and their businesses remain relevant, profitable and sustainable on the ground.

00:33And that can only be done with the right team, the right people, the right culture, the right passion and the right vision.
