00:00Today I'm presenting a spray application workshop for GRDC with growers in the
00:05Wickham and Narogen area. The focus of the day is really giving growers an
00:09understanding of why we spray with certain water volumes and droplet
00:15spectrums and then doing exercises on how they can calibrate and do the
00:20calculations to set up their own sprayers so when they go home they know
00:24what they're doing for particular spray situations and they can do
00:29the calculations to know that their sprayers are in within calibration and
00:34set up correctly for the nottles and then last thing this afternoon we'll go to
00:39the paddock and we'll run a couple of sprayers most of them will run water
00:42sensitive paper so that we can check all those theoretical components and see how
00:49well those sprayers are spraying.
