00:29On Sunday, opposition leader Hamzah Sainuddin claimed the draft MOU violated the federal

00:35constitution affecting the special position of Malays and Buputras.

00:40However, Zamri said the MOU reaffirms equality under Article 8 and upholds Islam's position

00:48under Article 3.

00:50He also said that it does not contravene Articles 152 and 153, which protects the special position

00:56of Malays and natives of Sabah and Sarawak.

01:00Deputy Prime Minister Fadhila Yusof later released the draft MOUs so the public could
