00:23The Pinang PKR chief, however, did not identify any particular incident to back her claim.

00:29Nurul Izzah said she took full responsibility for the defeat, adding that it was time for

00:34a full introspection.

00:36She said the party must strive to explain key issues such as welfare, education, infrastructure

00:42development and sustainable living that balances the needs of both Seberang Perai and the island.

00:48PN candidate Abidin Ismail of PAS was elected the new assemblyman for Sungai Bakap, retaining

00:54the seat for the party with a larger majority.

00:58Abidin polled 14,489 votes for a 4,267-vote majority over his PH opponent, Duhari Arifin

01:08of PKR, who obtained 10,222 votes.
