00:05I'm Dave, The Carver Pro's Guy, and today I wanted to shed a little bit of light on
00:09one of my favourite carvers of all time, okay.
00:12Now this particular carver hasn't always been this way, it has evolved into what it is today,
00:18the Royal Fiji Platinum Luena, okay, and saying that, it's always been my favourite carver.
00:25Now it's not always been a white Luena, but it's always been a Luena, okay.
00:30The reason I like drinking Luena, besides the fact that you open the packet and you
00:35get this beautiful scent of caramel vanilla, to me it smells like cookies and cream, but
00:43that's not really what makes it my favourite.
00:46It is definitely a contributing factor, and don't get me wrong, it does taste exactly
00:50like carver, so there's no running away from that.
00:53So the Platinum Luena is a great social carver, it's great for any time of the day, as long
00:58as you're planning to have dinner at around 7pm and be in bed 2-3 hours after that, it's
01:04great for that time of the day.
01:06I wouldn't drink this within an hour before going to bed because it might be a little
01:11too buzzy and cerebral for you to get to sleep, but it's an all round really good carver.
01:17I've noticed a lot of the senior sort of Pacific Islander customers who have been coming in
01:22and buying this, buying our carver, have been going for this stuff.
01:26It's really strange because growing up in Fiji we were always sort of led to believe
01:30that Luena wasn't a good part of the carver route, and it somehow gave you headaches and
01:37it somehow made you feel sick the next day, which thankfully this is completely false
01:43and Luena is probably, well it is one of my favourite carvers to drink, so if you're looking
01:50for a good solid carver that smells really really good, get yourself some of this, it's
01:55priced very reasonably for the type of carver this is.
