00:00Here's a game I found in App Lab that's free. It's very basic, but it's brilliant.
00:10This game gave me quite the sweat after 15 minutes, and I played it for almost an hour.
00:17The mechanics are great, it plays fantastic, though I'd say to play it on the hard setting
00:23for a true life experience. There's not much choice in the menus, there's three difficulty
00:29settings, but as I said, play it on the hardest setting to maximise your experience and enjoyment.
00:36You can also adjust the table height to suit your playing style. At the moment, it appears
00:42that when you go online, you can only play against your friends in your friends list
00:47if they have the game. I don't know if that will be changed to being able to play strangers
00:53in the future. Now remembering this is free, the basics of the game is there. You can play
01:00and really enjoy it like you are actually playing air hockey. But here's a few things
01:05I'd like to see. To have a timer on the table between the score and have it adjustable so
01:13you can pick how long you want to play for. Having the choice to adjust the score, because
01:19at the moment, it's just first to seven, but it would be nice if you could set your
01:24own score to reach. Give the table a slight sound to add to that feeling of immersion.
01:31It's just non-existent at the moment, and I feel like it just needs that little bit
01:36of air pushing up through the table noise. Have some more environments. It definitely
01:43would benefit to have an arcade environment, though I do like how you can dim the lights
01:48in the one environment that's available. It would be nice if you could have collectibles
01:55too, like different paddles and different pucks. And then lastly, table variations.
02:02Though the table is great, having different sized tables and colours would be awesome.
02:08Maybe three sizes and three colours would make so much difference. As far as I'm aware,
02:16the developer of this game has a full-time job and struggles to find time to work on
02:20it, but I hope he or they will make time because this game has so much potential. I think if
02:28they could implement all the ideas I just mentioned, then he could easily charge ten
02:34bucks for this. So bearing in mind it's free and still in development, as of how it is
02:41right now, I score this game a 17 out of 25. You can find my scoring system in the
02:50description section below. If you enjoyed this video, please leave me a like, comment
02:56if you have played this, and please subscribe as it really helps my channel out. Cheers
03:01guys and I'll see you in the next one.
