00:22Farmers, it's time to log on and make it official. The Ministry of Agriculture
00:28recently launched the Farmers Registration Portal at the TT Agri Expo.
00:33Officials say it's where farmers can register online and fulfill the
00:38requirements of the Pradial Larceny Act. According to the ministry, the portal
00:43modernizes the registration process and makes it more efficient. Prime Minister
00:47Dr. Keith Rowley was the first to get his new symbolic farmers badge when he
00:52signed up at the ministry's booth last week. Individuals and organizations who
00:57meet the criteria are urged to access the portal and complete the first step
01:02of registration. You can of course do that by logging on to agriapps.gov.tt
01:09or the Ministry of Agriculture's website.
