00:11Talked about his rehab and, uh, how close he is to coming back.

00:14Yeah, the elbow's coming along well, which is nice.

00:18Now it's just a matter of building that strength up and, uh, kind of continuing that progression forward.

00:21But as far as, uh, I feel like I could get guys out, whether it be consistently,

00:26with, uh, just a couple little control issues in there.

00:29But, uh, that's something that's usually rectified by just throwing more.

00:33Good enough for other people is not good enough for me.

00:35Sounds a little bit conceited and sounds a little bit egotistical,

00:38but that's kind of the way I have to pitch, uh, an egotistical narcissist on the mound.

00:42It's just knowing that whoever steps in the box, it doesn't matter who they are,

00:45I'm better than them, I'm going to beat them.

00:47I'm trying to get that kind of mindset going again.

00:49It's, uh, it's the goal right now.
