00:00I think with the Chargers, the one thing they have now is clarity.

00:07You know who's running the show.

00:09It's Harbaugh.

00:10And I think in years past, you know, I think the Spanos family tended to kind of dabble

00:16and kind of want to put their imprint on what was happening throughout the organization,

00:21not only on the business side, but on the football side.

00:24Now you know that it's Harbaugh from the top down.

00:28He's basically stamping the decisions, whether it's personnel or what's happening on the

00:34field.

00:35The one thing I noticed in going and watching them is he is calling out the periods from

00:40one period to the next.

00:42He's telling them what they do.

00:43And that's unusual for a head coach.

00:45Usually somebody else is like, okay, we're going from period two to period three, and

00:49this is what we're going to be doing.

00:50He's doing all of that.

00:52And so again, it just kind of lets you know that he's in charge of the entire process.

00:57And if you have to question something as a player, you don't have to question your

01:01position coach.

01:02You got to go through him.

01:03And do you really want to ask that question?

01:05Do you want the answer to the question?

01:07You know, I mean, so the idea of him controlling things and the fact that he's had success

01:12wherever he's been as a player, you got quick buy-in from those guys because they know that,

01:18you know, he's had success.
