विधानसभा में बोलते हुए मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने कहा कि 2020 से सरकार मिशन शक्ति अभियान को आगे बढ़ा रही है। मिशन शक्ति के अतंर्गत पिछले 7 वर्षों में करीब डेढ़ लाख पुलिस कर्मियों की भर्ती की है।

00:36In the cases related to unlawful crimes, in the cases of rapes,

00:40in the cases related to sexual harassment of adolescents,

00:45with the completion of the pendency pending for years,

00:49today I am happy to say that Uttar Pradesh is one of the top three states in the country,

00:54which has completed the pendency.

00:58And in the country, based on the pendency rate,

01:02Uttar Pradesh is in second place in the country.

01:04And in the case of punishing these criminals,

01:09in the case of complete investigation of the cases,

01:11Uttar Pradesh is in third place in the country.

01:15Sir, in e-prosecution, Uttar Pradesh is the largest state in the country,

01:22but it is also a state that implements the e-prosecution system.

01:27And in this, Uttar Pradesh is in the first place in the country.

01:31In the case of the exploitation of women and children,

01:46there is a service of 181 for women affected by domestic violence.

02:45there are 1585 hospitals,

02:49a separate women's health desk has been made,

02:52a system has been made,

02:54and since 2020,

02:55our government in the entire state,

02:57has been advancing a study on mission power.

03:04in the last 7 years,

03:06we have recruited about 1.5 lakh police officers,

03:09in the police force of the state.

03:11And I am happy to say,

03:14that before 2017,

03:17all the recruits,

03:19if we add all of them,

03:21a total of 10,000 female police officers were recruited.

03:24But from 2017,

03:26the 22-23 recruits,

03:28in these recruits,

03:30in the state,

03:31more than 20,000 female police constables were recruited,

03:36and we were successful in recruiting them.

03:38In other words,

03:39in the 70 years of independence,

03:41the number of women who were recruited,

03:42more than double that,

03:43in just 5 years,

03:45we recruited female police officers.

03:48In the recruitment of police officers,

03:50we were able to arrange for their 20-23 urgent arrests.

03:55We implemented this in the state.

03:58In Lucknow, Gorakhpur and Badayun,

04:01the women's P.A.C. battalion was organized.

04:06But the female police officers who were recruited,

04:10they did not restrict themselves to the office or the police station,

04:15but along with the protection of women,

04:18they were able to bring the government's schemes to the women.

04:23In order to take advantage of their talent,

04:30in order to do this,

04:32more than 10,000 female P.A.C. stations were established in the state.

04:37A female pink booth was established.

04:40And this arrangement was also implemented,

04:43that these female P.A.C. police officers,

04:47under the supervision of every P.A.C. station,

04:50will go there,

04:52once a week,

04:55whether it is related to domestic violence,

04:57or any issues related to external security,

05:00they will be discussed.

05:02They will also find solutions related to this.

05:05But apart from this,

05:07related to women,

05:09related to their security,

05:11or related to their skin development,

05:15or any scheme related to their self-improvement,

05:18of the central or state government,

05:20the women of the village will also be informed.

05:23And this initiative of Missal Satya is ongoing in the state.

05:28And we have seen very good results of this in front of all of us.

05:33This government is completely serious about women's security.
