Licensing officers from Trinidad were in action in Tobago... in a crackdown .. that saw them issuing more than 200 fixed penalty notices to motorists, arresting a number of people.. and disqualifying at least a dozen drivers. More from Elizabeth Williams.

00:56Three persons from Mason Hall, Charlottesville and Laramie were arrested and charged.
