Hundreds gathered on July 25, 2024, to honor and remember Melvindale Police Officer Mohamed Said, who was shot and killed in the line of duty.

00:00We're outside the Ford Performing Arts Center where fallen officer of Melvindale, Mohammed
00:07Saeed, is being honored today.
00:11As you can see, they have an American flag stationed up.
00:19There are dozens of cars in the parking lot to honor the officer who was killed in the
00:26line of duty last Sunday.
00:39Many officers are here as well.
00:43Some of his family members.
00:46And this is scheduled to go on until 8 p.m. on Thursday.
00:54The funeral is scheduled for Friday at 11 a.m.
