00:00In Cuba, the Third Ordinary Legislative Session of the National Assembly of People's Power
00:05continues on Friday in Havana as part of its tenth legislature.
00:09With the presence of the First Secretary of the Party and President of the Republic, Miguel
00:13Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, the Assembly approved the Law of Administrative Procedure, the Law
00:19of Migration and the Law of the System of Honorary Titles and Decorations of the Republic
00:24of Cuba.
00:25According to the Minister of Justice, Oscar Silvera, the Law of Administrative Procedure
00:31constitutes a significant advance in the regulation of administrative law in the country, having
00:36as its premise the absolute defense of the rights of Cuban citizens.
00:46The National Assembly, some in synthesis of the country that we are, voted unanimously
00:51almost all its agreements.
00:53That provokes not a few criticisms from those who do not know that behind that agreement
00:57there are long and intense days of work, debate and search for consensus, based on the collective
01:05interests.
01:06And I think it is worth saying it.
01:08Cuba is not led by one person, not even by a small group of people.
01:12This is the rare dictatorship that the enemies of the revolution will never be able to understand.
01:20The dictatorship of the workers, the dictatorship of the people that those of U.S. gathered
01:25here represent, by popular election.
01:28That is why what we discuss here is a guide, and what we approve is law.
