00:02Our historic claim over Guayana-Esaquiva is present there.
00:09A few years back we did a referendum and the Venezuelan state received a mandate created the state of Guayana
00:18-Esaquiva.
00:19The governor was elected of that state and we are in the territory now.
00:26These are tasks that we must care for. Our acting president goes there to present the Venezuelan reason,
00:37to ratify what the Geneva agreement is, which is the starting point for us.
00:41Anything must be centered within the framework of the Geneva agreement.
00:45And I believe that beyond the decision that they can make in that International Court of Justice,
00:53a group of persons that we know the pressure to which they are submitted,
01:01nothing, no one will be able to make us stop demanding the rights that Venezuela has over Guayana-Esaquiva.
01:12In regards to the transformation, following those laws of judicial transformation,
01:21those laws will be approved at the National Assembly.
01:24There are deputies who participate actively.
01:29They have been working on this law for a long time now.
01:34All deputies are there.
01:38Deputies of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela, they always say present.
