00:57when the owner's children decided that it would be a cool idea to be having an ice cream shop

01:05as most parents would probably laugh it off and probably say, you know, that might never happen,
01:09but here we are. Now it's time to see what the fuss is about with our taste test of crafted

01:22salted caramel crunch and crushed Lotus Biscoff. The quality of the ingredients is evident with

01:40walk in, we obviously ask the question if they've been here before and when we get our regular
01:44customers, they know the drill is their pick it, dip it and top it concept. When customers haven't
01:49been here before, we explain the whole process to them and they are very much happy with how
01:53everything's laid out. They're happy with their service. Our smiles are always on our faces,
01:58always making sure that we are asking the most appropriate questions, allergies, all that kind
02:02of thing, considering everyone's needs. We're also trying to make a good space if the music
02:08needs turning down for any to accommodate certain individuals and any health needs then
02:14that will be also done as well. Customers are able to leave a review on us and we do get loads
02:22of excellent reviews as we are the number one ice cream shop in Birmingham. World Ice Cream Day is
