02:27To make the chana spicy, add 1 tbsp chaat masala.
02:33To make the chana sour, add 1 tbsp lemon juice.
02:38Add 1 tbsp salt.
02:40You can add salt as per your taste.
02:43In the end, add 2 tbsp water and mix well.
02:54We have coated the chana well.
02:56Now we will fry the chana.
02:59To fry the chana, we will first take a kadahi.
03:03Add 1 cup oil in the kadahi.
03:06Turn on the flame and let the oil heat up.
03:13We have taken 1 cup garlic.
03:16Once the oil is hot, turn the flame to medium.
03:19Add the garlic to the oil and fry it well.
03:27When you fry the garlic, keep a distance.
