00:00Assalamualaikum viewers, I am Arshad Abbas and you are watching Arshad's Food Secrets.
00:04Today I am going to share with you a great winter gift recipe, Alsi ki Piniya.
00:09In winters, every man and woman needs Alsi ki Piniya.
00:13It is good for strength, it is good for back pain.
00:16So let's start making it.
00:18I have taken 500 grams of Alsi seeds.
00:22That is half a kilo.
00:23We have to roast them in a pan on medium flame.
00:27We have to keep stirring it for 10 minutes and keep roasting it.
00:32So that it is easy to grind the Alsi.
00:37After roasting it for 10 minutes, you have to grind it in a grinder or chopper.
00:44There is no need to make it a fine powder.
00:47You have to grind it as roughly as possible.
00:51I will show you how finely I have grinded it.
00:55You have to bring the Alsi in this condition and keep it aside.
01:02Now we have to put 2 liters of water in a pot.
01:06We have to put water in the pot and turn the flame from low to medium.
01:10And we have to put 1 kilo of jaggery in it.
01:13We have to prepare its syrup by putting jaggery in it.
01:15The purpose of preparing syrup is not to thicken it and make a syrup.
01:20The only purpose is to dissolve it in water.
01:23As soon as the jaggery dissolves in water, you have to put it aside.
01:28You can see that the jaggery has completely dissolved in water.
01:32Now we will put it aside.
01:34Now you have to take 700 grams of pure desi ghee in a pan.
01:39Use pure homemade desi ghee.
01:42It gives a good aroma.
01:44We have to put 1 kilo of wheat flour in it.
01:48This is homemade wheat flour.
01:52If you use store-bought wheat flour, it contains maida.
01:55It will not make the halwa good.
01:57This is pure wheat flour.
01:59We have to put it in desi ghee and roast it for 5 minutes on medium flame.
02:04Keep stirring with a spoon so that the flour does not stick to the bottom.
02:09In this way, when you roast it for 5 minutes, it will give a good aroma.
02:16You will get an idea that the flour is roasted well.
02:20After roasting the flour for 5 minutes, you have to put the ground cardamom seeds in it.
02:31After putting the cardamom seeds, you have to roast the flour for 10 minutes.
02:37Keep stirring with a spoon.
02:40And keep mixing both things.
02:43Both things are mixed well.
02:46Now we will carefully add the jaggery syrup in it.
02:57Keep in mind that as soon as you add jaggery syrup in it, you have to start stirring with a spoon.
03:05Otherwise, lumps of flour will form which will spoil the halwa.
03:12If lumps are formed, break them with the help of a spoon.
03:17After cooking for 1 to 1.5 minutes, the water starts to dry and the halwa starts to look like.
03:24At this point, keep stirring with a spoon.
03:27Do not stop the spoon at all.
03:32In this way, if you roast the flour properly, it will give a very good taste.
03:38Now we will add 50 grams of dry coconut, 50 grams of raisins and 100 grams of dry fruits in it and roast them well.
03:49I added almonds, pistachios, walnuts and cashews to the dry fruits and ground them finely.
03:55Now we have to mix everything well and keep stirring with a spoon for another 5 minutes and roast it.
04:02And our halwa is ready.
04:04If you want, you can use it in the form of halwa.
04:06Otherwise, you can let it cool down a little.
04:08You can keep it in the refrigerator after making its laddoos.
04:12It will not spoil.
04:14If you want, you can keep it for 3 weeks or 4 weeks.
04:18It keeps running.
04:20You have to take 2 laddoos with tea or warm milk for breakfast in the morning.
04:24It will be very beneficial for you.
