00:00A lot of talk going into it from the likes of Sean Dyche saying how tough it is to juggle
00:07Everton's finances, obviously with the takeover situation hanging over them as well. Is there
00:12any sort of links, rumours, updates that you can offer at this early stage in the window
00:17that Everton can maybe look positive going into that new season?
00:23Yeah, it's been quiet. It's expected to have been quiet, especially when you factor in
00:29the Euros as well. It always happens and now the tournament's about to start, I think that
00:33things will go a little bit quieter. A lot of talk has been about Jared Bramfoit's future,
00:39whether Everton have to sell him before the deadline on the 30th of June when the PSR
00:45rules reset or whether it be Abdul-Onan who's come out and said basically he'd like to move
00:52to another club and maybe showcase his talents in the Euros. Tom McCallum-McLoone's obviously
00:57been linked to Newcastle in terms of players coming in. It's been quiet enough, there have
01:02been some links, Calvin Phillips being one, Sentembe Field, I think it's an area that
01:09Everton will look to recruit in definitely. Andre Gomez has left the club and even last
01:15season they're looking at the options, Everton never has enough of them and if Amazon or
01:20Annalise, they'll definitely need another one in there. So Calvin Phillips is an interesting one,
01:25he has a really disappointing Lonsfeld in near West Ham but maybe one of
01:29Sean Dyche's infamous pre-seasons with his gaffer's days can get Calvin Phillips up to
01:35speed and he's come out in the past and really spoke highly of Calvin Phillips. So one there,
01:42Armando Brozier from Chelsea is another player linked. You would have to think that that would
01:48depend undoubtedly on McCallum-McLoone's future. Chelsea's financial situation is interesting,
01:54he's an Acasavie product so that would be pure profit for Chelsea. Maybe Everton, if they can
02:00finance that the right way, £30 million is the move to price that, it's a lot of money for Everton
02:07to be quite honest. But yeah, those are those ones. Obviously Jack Harrison would like to get
02:14back on loan, I think Jack Harrison is hopeful that he could come back. Obviously Leeds still
02:20in the championship and Jack Harrison has a long clause that he can't go out on loan so that's a
02:26boost for Everton. But yeah, I think that we'll be quiet for another couple of weeks as Everton
02:35plot things and they look at what they can do budget-wise, maybe what's going to happen with
02:39takeover. But there will be again I think a few free agents loans as well,
02:44Sean Dyche may be assessing on the market loans, maybe come up a little bit later when clubs come
02:50back for pre-season and then clubs decide who they want to keep around or not. So yeah,
02:55it will be an interesting summer certainly.
