00:05 The countdown to the opening of Stockport's brand new transport hub is almost complete

00:10 and passengers will be welcomed into the new interchange on the 17th of March.

00:15 The building will open with 18 bus stands and the capacity for 164 departures per hour.

00:22 A Greater Manchester bus station is now set to be closed for an extra week.

00:26 Resurfacing work at Middleton bus station was scheduled for five weeks starting in early

00:30 February but the new reopening day is the 17th of March.
