00:00 Every year, plenty of people from all across Wales march through the streets of Cardiff
00:06 wearing traditional Welsh outfits and singing Welsh language songs celebrating our history
00:11 and showcasing our fascinating culture. There are also similar marches taking place all
00:15 across Wales in Aberystwyth, Wrexham, Carmarthen, Lampeter and Colwyn Bay.
00:22 Museums across the country will be celebrating our National Day with special events for the
00:25 family. On March 2nd, the National Wool Museum in the heart of Carmarthenshire will be hosting
00:29 Gwael Hwyl and the Waterfront Museum will be throwing a St David's Day mini party for
00:35 the little ones. For some evening entertainment, there will be concerts taking place across
00:40 the country over St David's Day weekend with events in Brecon, Swansea, Llangollen and
00:45 even Shrewsbury just across the border. So wherever you are in Wales, there's really
00:48 no excuse to not celebrate our National Day. As St David himself said, "Gwenwch y pethau
00:55 bychaen" - do the little things this St David's Day.
