A fantastic gluten-free alternative for all those with intolerances and allergies ;-)

Ingredients:
- 1 large tomato
- 1 ground beef patty
- 2 tablespoons pesto
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 2 slices of onion
- 1 slice of mozzarella
