Figs... this little juicy fruit filled with seeds that crunch under your teeth... :-) We love them in jam, in cakes, and especially in tarts!
Step by step, follow our recipe and combine shortcrust pastry, almond cream, and beautiful fresh figs to create a lovely, indulgent, and fruity dessert!

Ingredients:
- 13 figs (approximately)
- 1 shortcrust pastry

For the almond cream:
- 2 eggs
- 2.2 oz brown sugar (65 gr)
- 2.2 oz butter (softened) (65 gr)
- 1.3 cup almond flour (125 gr)
