Recipe Dessert
If you love pears, you surely haven't missed one of the most classic recipes in French pastry: the Bourdaloue tart! The addition of pears will allow you to finish your meal on a note that is both indulgent and fruity. A way to avoid feeling weighed down by a dessert that is too rich ;-)
The combination of almonds (both ground and sliced) will add a slightly crunchy texture that gives this traditional recipe its charm.
Ingredients:
- 1 pie crust
- 1/2 cup softened butter (100gr)
- 1/2 cup sugar (100gr)
- 1 cup almond flour (100 gr)
- 2 eggs
- 14 oz tinned pears (400 gr)
- almond flakes
