A beautiful sponge cake as we usually enjoy in Italy (better known as Pan di Spagna) :-)

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
