Risotto with chorizo and cheese - video recipe !

Ingredients:
- 7 ounces arborio rice
- 800 ml (27 fl oz) chicken stock
- chorizo
- cheese
- 1 onion
- 50 ml white wine
- 1 tbsp olive oil
