00:02 Three of the four teams DRS in the NFC South excluding the Carolina Panthers,
00:07 because every game is difficult for a team that only has one win.
00:11 The Saints, Bucks, and Falcons all have three of the five easiest schedules
00:17 around the NFL, with the Atlanta Falcons at the moment having the easiest,
00:21 the Bucks having the second easiest, and
00:23 New Orleans Checks aim with the fifth easiest schedule.
00:26 So there's a lot to be determined for a wild card spot, but
00:30 mainly, Donnie, for that NFC South divisional race.
00:34 Because as you look at the odds,
00:35 we showed you the four divisional front runners at this moment.
00:38 And their corresponding prices are this, the Birds, the RFs, and
00:41 the NFC East with a two game cushion over Dallas, minus 1,100.
00:46 Detroit, still a big cushion in the NFC North, minus 700.
00:50 The San Francisco 49ers, minus 3,000.
00:54 Right now for San Francisco, it's the second best price available on
00:58 the FanDuel Sportsbook, only behind Kansas City, the Chiefs,
01:02 a minus 4,000 favorite to win the AFC West.
01:05 In the NFC South, though, Donnie, it's plus 100 for the Falcons as the favorite,
01:09 even money, the New Orleans Saints at plus 150.
01:13 Pay attention to those prices because, Donnie, I would say at the beginning of
01:18 the year, only one team out of the NFC South is reaching the postseason in the NFC.
01:22 It's going to be the divisional champion.
01:25 Right now, with how weak the rest of the wildcard contenders are outside of
01:30 the Dallas Cowboys, that may be a little bit more up in the air.
01:34 If we could see both the Falcons and the Saints get to nine and eight, Donnie,
01:38 maybe those two teams could be in contention for two playoff spots.
01:42 >> Yeah, and we're giving them a lot of credit for
01:44 what they're supposed to do in the upcoming games here,
01:47 reminding ourselves that they're not very good football teams either.
01:49 So even though we take a look at Atlanta, supposedly the easiest schedule,
01:52 the rest of the way, hey, they gotta play the Colts, okay?
01:55 Colts are a decent football team.
01:57 They gotta play Carolina, who now has a different coach, and
01:59 maybe they have a different wavelength, and
02:00 the guys are happy just like they are now out in Vegas.
02:03 New coach here, new style, let's have some fun and pick up victories.
02:06 But also, when we talk about the top of the standings with the Philadelphia Eagles,
02:09 weren't we talking about two weeks ago?
02:11 We've never seen a schedule like the Philadelphia Eagles have.
02:14 They're playing every tough game, every single time they're behind the eight ball
02:16 in rest and travel, I get that.
02:18 But when you say, okay, the Dallas Cowboys can creep back into the equation here
02:22 in the NFC East, only to see Dallas has the fifth toughest schedule on the way out.
02:26 So congratulations, Dallas, for blowing away the easy competition.
02:30 Cuz listen to these opponents coming up for the Cowboys.
02:32 The Eagles, Dolphins, Lions, Seahawks, and Bills.
02:36 And supposedly the only easy game is coming up against Washington, and
02:40 that's gonna be a game that's going to be on the road.
02:42 So that's why you say, well, hey, Dallas can win this thing.
02:44 Yeah, sure they can.
02:45 But quite frankly, if Dallas does win the NFC East and
02:48 takes down the top overall seed because of that gauntlet schedule,
02:51 maybe they are the front runners to finally get into the Super Bowl and
02:54 make a push.
02:55 But we've seen it before with Dak Prescott and the Cowboys.
02:58 All the talent in the world, can they win games against quality opponents?
03:01 They got five of them coming up.
03:03 Let's see what they got.
