00:15 This conference was held after 19 years without being able to hold the event, but the great
00:19 feature of this edition is that thanks to the changes in the migration policy, at least
00:24 half of the participants, although living abroad, maintained their Cuban residency.
00:28 In this regard, the closing ceremony was attended by President Miguel Díaz-Canel, who reiterated
00:34 the will to continue developing a broad dialogue on the basis of mutual respect and defense
00:39 of the homeland.
