00:00 night in the Gaza Strip, which means another night of fear for the Palestinians.
00:04 Israel continues to shield Palestine with white phosphorus and internationally banned
00:10 weapons.
00:11 From Gaza, our correspondent Noura Harrison update us on the situation there.
00:16 When the daylight is gone it means another horrific night for the people of Gaza.
00:21 The people here are afraid of the night.
00:24 Why?
00:25 Because several reasons.
00:26 First of all, the Israeli warplanes intensifies its bombardment and airstrikes on the Gaza
00:31 Strip during the night.
00:33 Secondly, they shower the Gaza Strip with phosphor bombs, especially at night.
00:39 Phosphor bombs are known for their very strong smell, very much like several tear gas bombs.
00:47 These bombs actually offer the Israeli warplanes good lightning in the Gaza Strip, especially
00:52 that there is no electricity here in Gaza.
00:56 At the same time, the fireball from the white phosphor bombs can easily set fire to any
01:02 home it lands on.
01:05 For now and over the past hours, the Israeli warplanes have been striking Palestinian residential
01:12 homes also around the Andoni Sin Hospital in northern Gaza, around the Al-Quds Hospital
01:18 in Tal El Hawa neighborhood in central Gaza.
01:21 And actually, the last time we talked to a paramedic that came from Al-Quds Hospital
01:27 this morning, he said that now all the roads, all the streets towards the Al-Quds Hospital
01:33 are now totally closed, which means that there is more than 14,000 people who fled their
01:40 homes and now they are taking shelter inside the Al-Quds Hospital.
01:44 Adding to this number, around 400 people of patients that are staying inside the Al-Quds
01:50 Hospital, these people are now disconnected from the Gaza Strip.
01:54 The food and the water they have would barely last for two days.
01:58 However, they refused to evacuate the hospital.
02:03 The doctors, the nurses, even the patients and the people who are taking shelter, they
02:07 are refusing to leave the hospital.
02:10 Noor Harazeen, Telesour, Gaza.
