05:37We are following an order given by Brother President Nicolas Maduro, in the sense of transforming the peace quadrants that we had previously, and now there must be a peace quadrant in every communal circuit.
06:04We went from, how many were there before?
06:07We are going to 112. Listen to this. 112 peace quadrants. Before we had 27. That is, a multiplication. And what should this result in? Peace for the people of Yaraqui. Peace for any citizen who comes to Yaraqui for whatever reason.

09:16Welcome back to From the South. The Argentine government authorised the presence of U.S. military troops in the naval bases of Ushuaia, Mar del Plata and Puerto Belgrano without congressional approval. In an act of defiance against the Constitution, the executive power authorised the military activities through
09:45a necessity and urgency decree. So the measure was not addressed in the National Congress. The decision was justified by the exceptional measure of the context and the need to comply with international commitments. The deployment of U.S. armed forces, personnel and equipment will take place between October and November as part of the annual plan of combined manoeuvres.
10:08During her morning press conference on Tuesday, President Claudia Sheinbaum of Mexico rejected the treatment received by the Mexican migrants on the part of the United States authorities and said that the guarantee of their safety is a responsibility of the U.S. government. Let's listen.
10:28What we do is show our disagreement and fight for justice. The guarantee of the safety of Mexicans in the United States is the job of the United States government itself.
10:43If there is a violation, then we intervene by protecting Mexicans through the consular means available and with our support if they want to file a complaint.
11:02In all the forums in which we are present, in all of them, including the president, it is our job to defend Mexicans abroad.
11:11Let's go now to Ecuador. Students and social organizations are calling for a mobilization on Tuesday as part of the protest against the increase in the price of diesel.

15:43The International Global Summon Flotilla Bond for the Gaza Strip enters the interception zone of the Israeli occupation.
15:50The humanitarian flotilla, which is a group of more than 50 civilian vessels heading for Gaza with humanitarian aid,
15:57crossed the naval boundaries set by Israel without the company of military ships from Spain or Italy.
16:04The crew declared their intention to break the blockade through a non-violent, symbolic and humanitarian action.
16:10In this scenario, the Israeli authorities have not issued an official statement on a possible naval response.
16:17However, it has been reported that the occupation is preparing actions to board the flotilla and prevent it from reaching Gaza.
16:25In Palestine, the Ministry of Health reported that over the last 24 hours, hospitals in Gaza received 50 fatalities and 184 injured as a result of the Israeli ongoing bombing.
16:41Through a press release, the health authorities stated that several victims remain under the rubble and on the roads, while ambulance and civil protection teams are unable to reach them.
16:53The organization also explained that the number of fatalities from the Israeli attacks exceeds 66,000, while the number of injured stands over 163,300.
17:05For its part, a spokesperson for the European Commission called for the release of all Israeli prisoners on restricted access for humanitarian aid and an immediate ceasefire in Gaza.
17:16Also, Hamas assesses a ceasefire agreement in the Palestinian territories proposed by US President Donald Trump.
17:28The proposal was presented by Egypt and Qatar to Hamas, and it was emphasized that the movement's negotiators will approach it in a responsible manner.
17:38For its part, the White House announced that the plan was discussed with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who said he has the support of the leaders of the Arab and Islamic countries.
17:49In response to the proposal, Hamas negotiators said that their mediators will study the plan and submit a response to it.
17:57In Morocco, hundreds of protesters have been detained during protests demanding better public services and an end to corruption.
18:10Demonstrations took place in the streets of Rabat, Casablanca, Tangier, Marrakech and other cities where young people gathered to demand reforms to education, health care and employment.
18:22The protesters, who identified themselves as the Gen Z212 movement, have been dispersed by security forces.
18:30And according to the Moroccan Association for Human Rights, there have been more than 60 detentions in Rabat alone, while the police report the arrest of about 200 people since Saturday in several areas of the country.
18:43The detonator of the demonstrations was the death of eight pregnant women in a public hospital in Agadir.
18:50However, they are an expression of popular indignation at growing social inequalities.
19:00Russian President Vladimir Putin also highlighted the achievements reached three years after the reunification of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics and the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions with Russia.
19:11The President highlighted the economic and social progress made in these territories and Putin announced the launch of a larger scale socio-economic development program for the growth of these provinces.
19:24And also recalled that citizens choose to bet on the future by joining Russia independently.
19:30The Russian President also committed to advancing the defence of his country's interests, memory, culture and shared values.
19:42And now we go to China, where the President Xi Jinping led the tribute paid by representatives of the state, the party and the Chinese people to the heroes on Martyrs Day.
19:52The event was held in Tiananmen Square in the center of Beijing, a celebration that was established in 2014 to commemorate those who contributed to the nation's independence and development.
20:04The ceremony began with a minute of silence in tribute to the sacrifices of the soldiers and civilians who gave their lives in defence of the country.
20:13In this sense, Chinese leaders recognised the great sacrifices and promoted the national spirit in the new generations.
20:21And also pointed out that China will continue to advance on the path of national revitalization.
