00:00 So, before I got into this I used to be a maths teacher, I used to actually teach at
00:07 Pudsey Grangefield for a few years and then some other schools. I always had a real passion
00:12 for food, especially fish and chips, so I decided to have a complete change of career
00:19 and just really go for it and just do everything I can to try and make the best fish and chips
00:22 possible.
00:23 I think a lot of the customers really appreciate what we do. We're certainly not the cheapest
00:32 in the area, but I think a lot of customers really recognise the quality and standards
00:38 that we have. We made it into the National Fish and Chip Awards last year and made it
00:44 into the top ten and that was wonderful to have the support from the customers.
00:53 It's lovely to be recognised for all our efforts. It takes a lot of work from the team because
00:59 we've got such high standards here. It takes a lot of work to make sure everything goes
01:04 together, but we've got real wonderful customers, wonderful staff in the team and yeah, it's
01:10 what I love doing.
01:11 Thank you.
01:12 Thanks a lot.
01:13 Thank you.
01:13 - Thank you.
