00:00People will talk about pressure and potentially pressure building on you.
00:04I suppose the longer the results don't come, the greater that pressure will be.
00:08I will take it, no problem at all.
00:10I know I'm the main responsible and I know the game long enough
00:12that if the team is not winning matches and the team is not doing as everyone expected,
00:18I will be the main responsible and I will always take it.
00:21You went over to the fans at the end.
00:23You were the five or six yards in front of the players who were right behind you.
00:28What was said, what did you say to them, etc. over there?
00:32I didn't say much to the fans. I think they were chanting my name.
00:34They were asking for me out in the morning and as a person of values,
00:39I just stood in front of them accepting their verdict.
00:43It's always like that.
00:44Sometimes you win football matches and they clap you and tell you how good you are.
00:48Sometimes you lose football matches and tell you how bad you are.
00:50Probably it's not true in any of the cases,
00:53but it's not in my nature to hide from things.
00:56It's not in my nature to point fingers.
00:59If I need to take the responsibility and they were asking for me, not for the players,
01:02I take the responsibility with respect and this is how it is.
01:05So I think everyone needs to make an exercise of that
01:08and as much as I make mistakes, people make mistakes
01:10and I will always accept it and be in front of this team.
01:13Sorry, I beg your pardon.
01:14The fans were sort of telling you it's time to go essentially.
01:17Was that what they were saying?
01:18Yeah, well, your English must be better than mine, but for sure you're understanding.
01:23As I say, it's not the first experience and they say and they give their verdict on that.
01:29The only thing I can do is just first to accept my part of responsibility
01:33and second to try to work for the things to change as much as I can.
01:36Well, look, something might change between now and Monday anyway
01:40because it's the transfer window.
01:42So quite a bit to dig at.
01:45Jack Robinson didn't play today.
01:48Fans will wonder if that's an indication that he might be moving on.
01:51Mighty?
01:51I'm not going to talk about the transfer window now, as you can understand
01:57because I think we, I repeat myself the last three weeks,
02:01but I'm not going to hide behind like who's coming, who's not coming, what are we doing.
02:06Every decision that I made today is not because of people going or people staying.
02:10It's because I made that decision.
02:12It was on the terms of I configured the squad and configured the game.
02:16As we stand here now, do you have plans advanced to the point where you're that confident
02:21the player will arrive?
02:24A player will arrive or the player will arrive?
02:26The players that you're after.
02:27So look, I appreciate you don't want to talk about names,
02:29but Alex Matsos is one of the names that's done the rounds that people like him
02:32and others that you would like to sign will arrive.
02:36Well, as I said, three weeks ago we were a little bit late in the market,
02:39but I think the club has managed to go back and then make the things proper
02:43and it's still working on the players that we want.
02:48I'm pretty confident that someone will come from now
02:50until the end of the window.
02:52And just finally, then we are at an international break, so pause.
02:55In terms of getting the squad to where you want it to be,
02:59how crucial are the next couple of weeks prior to Ipswich?
03:02Yeah, I think it's two points crucial.
03:04The first point will be like work in the way that we want to work
03:07and to continue doing the things that I think we did proper
03:10and adjusting the things that we did improper.
03:12That will be the first thing.
03:14And then the second thing, we also need to remember that we are working with persons
03:16and they need their mental space sometimes.
03:19It's not everything just to make everyone to go to a training ground
03:21and make pointless trainings.
03:25So we need to have that balance where people can be fresh
03:27and then can arrive to the game against Ipswich
03:30in the way that we can beat them and that we can make a good performance.
