00:08 I have to actually tell myself I do anyway.

00:12 Which is still hard to believe.

00:14 You know what I mean?

00:15 'Cause you know, you'll wake up and I'm like,

00:17 this eye is swollen and--

00:19 - I swear my eyes aren't symmetrical.

00:20 - This side of my mouth is doing something

00:22 and I'm like, well maybe my nose looks different today.

00:24 This space in between my nose,

00:26 like I'm literally telling you what I think in my head.

00:28 I'm like, the space between my nose and my top lip

00:32 is just really off today.

00:33 Maybe I should get that, no girl, what are you thinking?

00:36 - Yeah.

00:37 - You know, I literally do that all the time.

00:39 And the truth is, is that I'm sitting there

00:41 and I'm going, if I pick myself apart,

00:44 where am I gonna end up?

00:45 - If I pick myself apart, where am I going to end up?

00:49 - At the bottom.

00:51 So here I am, picking myself apart,

00:53 and I'm not gonna have anything left.

00:55 If I don't have anything left,

00:57 what do I have to offer myself, my kids, my husband,

01:02 my business, like I don't have anything to offer.

01:05 You know what I mean?

01:06 Like I wanna be the best version of myself

01:08 for my kids first, and my husband, and my home.

01:11 And that means the most to me.

01:13 So I gotta, if I'm starting there,

01:16 I gotta start, I gotta go here, not here.

01:19 'Cause ain't no space to go.

01:20 - Ain't nowhere to go.

01:21 Here's what I love about that answer.

01:22 Number one, you say the same things to yourself

01:25 on the days you don't feel beautiful

01:27 as the days that you do.

01:29 Like don't stop that inner narrative.

01:31 - Absolutely.

01:32 - And the motivation for that 24 hours

01:33 or whatever you have to make it through

01:35 is the people who need the you when you feel your best.

01:38 - Yes.

01:38 - I absolutely love that message.

01:40 - And you know what else?

01:42 - Please share.

01:42 - Right on your mirror,

01:44 even the things that you don't believe just yet,

01:47 write them down.

01:48 Like I do that for Titan,

01:50 but I said that I'd start doing it for myself,

01:52 and I did, but somebody wiped it off,

01:55 and they were trying to, you know,

01:57 - Keep houses clean and whatnot,

01:58 messed up all your affirmations.

02:00 - I need this because Tuesday was not a good day for me.

02:03 - Right.

02:04 - So I need to make sure that I have to see it.

02:05 So with those days that I don't believe it,

02:07 I can just write it down.

02:08 I am great.

02:09 Oh girl, you look good today.

02:10 Like I literally say it as if I'm like

02:12 the girlfriend in my head.

02:13 - Yeah.

02:14 - So I'm just the hype,

02:15 I'm the hype woman for myself.

02:17 Who else is gonna hype you up besides yourself?

02:19 - I mean, be your own hype person.

02:20 - Absolutely.
