00:48 'Subhaana Rabbika Rabbil Izzati 'Amma Yassifoon Wasalamun 'Ala Al Mursaleena Wal Hamdulillahi Rabbil 'Alameen' (Exalted are You, O Lord of Glory, the Most High)
00:55 'Allahumma Salli 'Ala Sayyidina Muhammad 'Wa 'Ala Ali Sayyidina Muhammad 'Wa Barik Wa Salim' (O Allah, send blessings upon our master Muhammad and the family of our master Muhammad and bless him)
01:01 'Allahumma Salli 'Ala Sayyidina Wanabyina Muhammad 'Wa 'Ala Ali Sayyidina Muhammad 'Wa Barik Wa Salim' (O Allah, send blessings upon our master Muhammad and the family of our master Muhammad and bless him)
01:06 When we live in a society, there are ups and downs. Sometimes someone says something, sometimes we can be hurt by someone's reaction. This is very natural.
01:27 There are two types of things. One is that a person hurts someone knowingly. And the other is that he does not want to hurt but sometimes by mistake such actions happen that it hurts the person.
01:45 Sometimes someone speaks to him unknowingly, sometimes his tone goes up and down, sometimes he is not well, sometimes he is in trouble. So in all these situations, in his trouble, in his health, sometimes he speaks like this.
02:06 And especially at home, husband, wife, parents, children, this happens frequently because it is a day and night routine. So this is very normal.
02:18 So I would like to say again that there are two types of situations. One is that someone hurts someone knowingly and the other is that someone hurts someone unknowingly.
02:29 Let me first talk about the second situation. If someone hurts you unknowingly, then we should assess the situation a little. We should think about it after a little cool down.
02:45 Who said this to me? Especially between husband and wife, it is very important that husband and wife should think about who said this to me.
02:56 And if you realize that the reason for this is the health issues, women have periods, monthly cycles, in which they have mood swings, this is a natural phenomenon.
03:12 So, from medical research, it is found that there is a terminology called PMS, that there are mood swings in monthly cycles. So husband should think for a while that if my wife is talking like this,
03:26 if she is not talking normally, then why is she doing this? And if you realize that maybe at all times a person does not want to talk in a certain way and sometimes it can happen that the husband has gone out of the house,
03:43 someone has done something wrong, someone has done something bad, he has come home, there is work pressure for example, and he is not behaving normally in that way,
03:52 then the wife should also think why is he doing this. Although, this is another thing that in every situation, a person should behave well.
04:03 These are ideal circumstances, this is a matter of kindness that if I have work pressures for example, then when I come home, I leave my work pressures at the workplace.
04:15 What is my wife's fault? What is my children's fault? What is the fault of the rest of the people? Why am I putting them in trouble because of me?
04:22 But, I want to talk at this time that this is not in my control, someone has done this to me. So, if the situation is assessed and this thing is thought that due to a health issue,
04:40 due to work pressures or due to some other reason, his mood is not as good as it should be, then it is very easy for a person to ignore these matters.
04:53 This is very easy. But, what does Satan do? Satan does this that he immediately puts some gossip, puts some bad thoughts and wants to spoil the situation.
05:07 He wants to create fights, he wants to create conflicts between people. So, that is why we come in a reactionary situation.
05:19 From there, someone did not talk properly, from here Satan put some gossip, look he is not talking properly to you and we immediately react.
05:28 So, we should stay away from this habit of Satan and if we think for 5-10 seconds, why is this person talking like this?
05:41 And if we understand that this is due to some reason, then it is very easy that he is not doing it intentionally, knowingly or unknowingly.
05:53 So, it is very easy to ignore this. Please try to ignore this.
06:00 Now, I come to the second point that someone intentionally caused pain.
06:05 There are many people in our society who unfortunately cause pain to people.
06:10 They do not think that my action can cause pain to people, my words can cause pain to people.
06:19 They do not think even once. In fact, some people do not know that causing pain is enjoyable.
06:25 I don't know. They do not think about the hereafter. They do not think about standing on the day of judgement.
06:31 They do not think about answering to Allah.
06:36 So, please, how should we behave about such people? This is the next question.
06:47 There are two types of people in this.
06:50 One type of people cause pain to people in such a way that it impacts their life.
06:57 There are many types of abuses, physical, sexual and there are many such abuses due to bad luck.
07:04 Such things should be taken to the authorities and that authority can be someone in the family,
07:13 parents, husband or someone in the family.
07:20 Such issues should be tackled properly so that this person who is causing life-impacting harm
07:29 can be curbed and this person can be stopped so that he does not do such a thing to anyone in the future.
07:38 But there are some things that a person can ignore.
07:44 Maybe he can forgive them.
07:47 As I said, some people have a habit of speaking badly. Let it be.
07:52 People speak badly so we should be patient with them.
07:57 It is very important that we be patient and forgive.
08:01 People who forgive Allah are very liked.
08:06 I will give an example from the Quran.
08:10 Sayyeda Ayesha Siddique (R.A) is the mother of all believers.
08:19 Some hypocrites accused her of bad things.
08:24 You can read the details of the incident in the books of Seerah.
08:28 But they accused her of bad things and she herself was in deep sorrow.
08:38 The rest of the people who were close to her, like Prophet (PBUH) and his father Abu Bakr Siddique (R.A)
08:47 were also in deep sorrow.
08:49 We can all understand this situation.
08:52 This was the behavior of the hypocrites.
08:58 But there were three people who were not from her own community.
09:06 They also spoke badly about her.
09:13 One of them was the father of Sayyeda Ayesha (R.A) and was a very poor relative of Sayyeda Abu Bakr Siddique (R.A)
09:25 and Sayyeda Abu Bakr Siddique (R.A) used to help him financially.
09:33 When they heard about the bad things that Sayyeda Abu Bakr Siddique (R.A) did,
09:45 they wanted to stop him from helping him financially.
09:56 They said that it was wrong to speak ill of his daughter.
10:03 They felt very bad and wanted to stop him from helping him financially.
10:08 But the relatives of Sayyeda Abu Bakr Siddique (R.A) realized that they had made a mistake.
10:16 They should not have spoken ill of her.
10:19 They repented and repented to Allah.
10:24 Allah accepted their repentance.
10:28 Allah said to Sayyeda Abu Bakr Siddique (R.A) that
10:35 the address of Sayyeda Abu Bakr Siddique (R.A) is mentioned in the Quran.
10:57 Allah said in Surah An-Nur, verse 22
11:02 Allah said,
11:12 "Do not swear by those who are good and have a good financial condition,
11:18 that they will not give anything to the poor, relatives and those who migrate in the way of Allah."
11:23 Sayyeda Abu Bakr Siddique (R.A) swore that he would not help him financially.
11:28 How could he say such a thing?
11:30 Allah said, "Do not swear by those who are good and have a good financial condition,
11:37 that they will not give anything to the poor, relatives and those who migrate in the way of Allah."
11:42 Just think how grave a matter this is.
11:47 But Allah said that they made a mistake.
11:50 They were not good and they did not have a good financial condition.
11:54 No matter how grave the matter was, they repented and they should be forgiven.
12:02 Allah told us a principle,
12:05 "Do you not like that Allah forgives your sins?"
12:16 If you want to be forgiven, you should forgive people's sins.
12:24 "Allah is Most Forgiving and Merciful."
12:29 This principle is being told in the Quran.
12:32 Just think how grave a matter this is.
12:34 It cannot be more grave than this.
12:37 Someone may be unrighteous towards my daughter, but he/she says something wrong about her.
12:45 A person can tolerate himself, but it is difficult to tolerate his/her children.
12:52 In our society, in our religion, if someone says something wrong about his/her daughter,
12:57 it is something that is very unbearable.
13:00 Normally, no one can tolerate it.
13:02 But since she was unrighteous, she was forgiven and she repented,
13:08 Allah said, "Forgive her, let her go, let her pass."
13:14 If you want Allah to forgive your sins, you should forgive others' sins.
13:20 We should keep this in mind.
13:23 We should be forgiving people.
13:26 If someone says something wrong, if someone acts in a wrong way,
13:32 if there is nothing that is life-impacting,
13:36 if someone speaks in a wrong way, if someone uses wrong words, if someone taunts, etc.
13:50 Sometimes, a person can cause financial loss.
13:55 So, we should forgive them.
14:01 The biggest benefit of this is that Allah will forgive our mistakes and shortcomings on the Day of Judgment.
14:08 We have many mistakes and shortcomings.
14:12 Who is that person who does not make mistakes?
14:15 Every person makes mistakes.
14:18 No matter how much we try, we are many people who try,
14:25 we want to avoid making mistakes, but we make mistakes unknowingly.
14:30 So, we want Allah to forgive our shortcomings.
14:35 For this, we should forgive people's mistakes.
14:39 Allah says in Surah Al-Imran, verse number 133,
14:43 "Wa saari'oo ila maghfiratin min rabbikum wa jannatin arduhassamawatu wal arduh wa iddat lilmuttaqeen"
14:50 "To obtain forgiveness and paradise from your Lord, go forth and show it to others in a greater way."
14:56 "The vastness of which is such that all the heavens and earths are in it."
15:01 It is such a big paradise.
15:03 It is made for the righteous.
15:07 Which righteous people? Allah says,
15:09 "Wa al-muttaqeen alladhina yunfiqoona fissarra'i wal darra'i"
15:13 "Who spend wealth for Allah in good and bad times."
15:17 "Walqadhimeena alghais"
15:20 "And who drink out their anger."
15:22 "And who control their anger."
15:24 "WalAAafina 'anilnaas"
15:26 "And who are used to forgiving people."
15:29 These people,
15:30 Paradise is for them.
15:33 "Wa Allahu yuhibbul muhsineen"
15:35 "And Allah loves such righteous people."
15:38 I will tell you a blessed hadith and then I will end the talk.
15:43 Prophet Kareem (AS) said,
15:45 "There are three things that I swear by."
15:49 "Salasatun uqzimu 'alaihinna"
15:52 It is a long hadith.
15:54 I will tell you only this part.
15:57 "There are three things that I swear by."
16:01 "Ma naqasa maalu 'abdin min sadaqatin"
16:05 "When a person spends for Allah, his wealth is not less than his charity."
16:10 When a person spends for Allah, his wealth is not less than his charity.
16:16 Rather, it is more.
16:18 "Wa laa zulima 'abdun mazlimatan"
16:24 "Fa sabara 'alaiha illa zada hullahu 'izzah"
16:27 "And when a person is wronged and he is patient with him, means he forgives him."
16:34 "Allah increases the honour of that person."
16:38 "Forgiving increases the honour."
16:41 "Wa laa fataha 'abdun baaba mas'alatin illa fatahallahu 'alaihi baaba faqrin"
16:47 "Wa kalimatan naqbuha"
16:50 "And when a person opens the door of asking, Allah opens the door of his pride."
17:00 So, the topic of today is that forgive. Allah will give you honour.
17:07 So, let's take a short break.
17:09 After the break, we will be back again with your questions.
17:13 You can email your questions to us at dinfitrat@arydigital.tv
17:18 The email address is also visible on your screen.
17:21 So, InshAllah, we will be back after a short break.
17:25 Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu
17:27 Welcome back, we are back with your questions after the break.
17:30 You can email your questions to us at dinfitrat@arydigital.tv
17:36 A question has been received from Salim.
17:41 The question is, what is the punishment of a thief? Can I punish him with my own hands?
17:50 And another question has been asked, if there is a threat to the Ummah and if someone is killing the Ummah, can I kill him?
18:02 See, let's understand this logically. If it was allowed that a person kills someone, even on a crime that would be punishable by death,
18:16 if it was allowed to kill someone, then the murders would have become common in the society.
18:26 Our religion is the religion of nature. We have said this many times. The thing that benefits the society is our religion.
18:36 All the principles are translated by it.
18:40 How many lies do people tell in our society?
18:43 If someone kills someone due to personal enmity or tribal enmity and then lies that he said this, he did that,
18:55 and the punishment for this is death, then I thought of killing him and he would be responsible for it.
19:02 This way, a lot of chaos will spread.
19:05 So, Shariah says that if there is a crime that is punishable by death within the limits of Shariah,
19:14 or according to the local rules, regulations and laws, if the punishment is death, then you should take that case to the court.
19:28 Present it in front of the judge. The judge will then do the proceedings. The judge will seek the witness and investigate it.
19:36 And if the judge thinks that this crime has been proven, then the court will execute it.
19:47 Not that a person can do this on his own.
19:53 So, there is no permission for a person to kill someone and punish someone.
20:01 This is a crime on its own. If a person does this, he is committing a crime on his own.
20:08 And the court can punish him because he is committing a crime on his own.
20:11 So, please, we should understand this very well because in our society, in some villages, in some areas,
20:18 there are such things that are heard that a person has killed someone and accused him of a crime that was punishable by death.
20:31 Another question that has been asked is that nowadays, in our society, there are marriages.
20:40 In such marriages, the wife is given some jewelry.
20:49 Now, the first question is that who is going to give the zakat for this?
20:55 And the second question is that who has the ownership of this jewelry?
20:59 This is a very important question.
21:01 See, if the person who gave the jewelry can give it to the husband sometimes.
21:08 Sometimes the husband's parents give it to him out of happiness that my son is married so I give the jewelry to his wife.
21:15 So, in principle, it seems that they are giving him a gift.
21:20 Otherwise, in what other capacity can they give it?
21:22 Nobody gives it for use.
21:24 That you use it for a year or five years and then we will take it back.
21:29 Nobody does this or says this.
21:31 Generally, what they do is that they give him a gift.
21:34 That gift is a gift.
21:35 And when you give a gift to someone, that gift becomes his ownership.
21:43 Now, the one who has the ownership is responsible for giving him the zakat.
21:49 So, in principle, the wife of the person who got the jewelry at his wedding is in his ownership and it is her responsibility to give him the zakat.
22:01 Sometimes it happens that the woman does not have cash.
22:05 She only has jewelry.
22:06 She says that this is my ownership, what should I do?
22:09 So, one way of doing this is that if someone else wants, for example, the husband wants
22:15 that he should give the zakat of his wife's jewelry, then he can do this.
22:23 And he will get reward.
22:26 He will get reward in his hereafter, Inshallah.
22:29 Financial worship is such a worship that a person can do on behalf of another person.
22:36 A person cannot do bad worship.
22:38 Nobody can say that you can offer prayers instead of me.
22:41 Today I am very busy, so I don't have time to offer prayers, you can offer prayers instead of me.
22:45 Nobody can do this.
22:46 But financial worship is such that someone can do it on behalf of another person.
22:50 The husband can give zakat on behalf of his wife.
22:54 So, if he has wealth and Allah has given him a big heart,
22:58 then if he does this, he will be blessed, he will get reward from Allah, he will get reward, Inshallah.
23:06 But if he doesn't have cash, for example, and his wife doesn't have cash but has a lot of jewelry,
23:14 zakat is obligatory, zakat has to be given,
23:16 then now that wife should sell some of her jewelry and pay zakat of her remaining jewelry.
23:26 This is necessary.
23:28 Because I said that ownership is of that wife, it should be.
23:33 Logically, it seems that the jewelry is the ownership of that wife.
23:39 In our society, there is a big issue that sometimes there is a demand to take back the jewelry from that woman.
23:49 For example, if the husband and wife get divorced,
23:55 then the in-laws, the parents of that boy who have given that jewelry to that girl,
24:03 they demand that they should return their jewelry.
24:07 When was this your jewelry?
24:09 You gave it as a gift.
24:11 You transferred its ownership, its ownership.
24:17 Now how is it yours?
24:19 How can you demand it?
24:21 That you should return our jewelry.
24:23 It is not yours.
24:25 And to take back the gift, to take back the gift,
24:29 in the blessed Hadith, there is a strict warning for this.
24:33 A very strict warning.
24:35 This is a very serious matter, a very big matter.
24:39 Please, for example, think about this.
24:43 Firstly, in the context of Shariah, this is a very big sin.
24:47 It is a forbidden thing that a person is doing.
24:49 And secondly, ethically speaking, morally speaking,
24:55 it is such a strange thing that I give you a gift,
24:59 and after six months, after a year, I say, return my thing.
25:03 In any society, in any civilized society, this thing will be considered bad.
25:09 Another example is that the ownership is given to that woman, but it is not given.
25:17 For example, if that woman wants to sell her jewelry,
25:21 I take the same example that the in-laws gave jewelry,
25:27 now she wants to sell it, she needs it.
25:31 But they say, don't you dare sell this jewelry.
25:34 If you have transferred that ownership, made it your own,
25:38 it is her wish to sell it, wear it, give it to someone else.
25:43 Please, think about these things.
25:47 Think about these things.
25:49 These are the problems of our society, these are the cancers of our society,
25:54 because of which tensions and hatreds spread,
25:58 and our religion has come to spread love.
26:01 So please, don't do such things.
26:05 May Allah give us all the ability to understand the religion completely.
26:09 InshaAllah, we will be back next week with the next episode.
26:13 You can email your questions, InshaAllah, we will keep answering them.
26:18 May Allah be your protector and helper.
26:21 Remember us in your prayers.
26:22 Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu
