00:00 Behind me the tides have receded. It's low tide right now and this Bay is pretty much empty
00:05 However comes Saturday morning into afternoon. This is going to be a much different scene behind me
00:11 This is going to be one of those areas that are at the highest risk for that beach erosion
00:15 Those big waves come in crashing along and a lot of that flash flooding potential
00:20 Which we're already seeing on long some of these roads here
00:22 There are several communities over here beside me that are right along the beachfront that are going to be at a high risk for
00:28 Potentially damaging waves and beach erosion now
00:31 however
00:32 there have been a lot of
00:33 Preparations already underway a lot of the lifeguard stands behind me have been moved inland a lot of boats have been moved inland and people
00:39 Seem to be taking this storm very seriously along the coastline here
00:43 And while Lee is actually anticipated to make landfall east of here on coastal, Maine
00:47 This area could be hit some of the hardest as a lot of that storm surge
00:52 When it passes by is going to be channeled into this little canal here and a lot of those big waves
00:57 It's just going to have nowhere to go and I do
00:59 Anticipate it making its way up into some of these streets here up into some of the residential areas and it may lead to some
01:05 Pre-evacuations ahead of the storm we're going to be keeping you updated live and we're going to be tracking the storm as it comes on
01:12 Shore for Accuweather. This is Aaron Rigsby
