27:22 Respected viewers, Alhamdulillah, today we have the honor of listening to the recitation of the first chapter of Surah Al-Baqarah, Chapter 25.
27:33 In the previous session, we have stated that the continuation of Surah Al-Hami Musajdah is ongoing.
27:40 In Surah Al-Hami Musajdah, Allah the Lord of the worlds has recited 54 verses and 6 rakuh.
27:48 In the previous session, 46 verses of Surah Al-Hami Musajdah and 5 rakuh were recited.
27:56 Today, the last rakuh of Surah Al-Hami Musajdah and Surah Al-Shurah have been recited.
28:07 Respected viewers, one of the most important topics of Surah Al-Hami Musajdah which has been mentioned in the final verses of this Surah is
28:18 that Allah the Lord of the worlds has mentioned the Day of Judgment in this Surah.
28:22 Along with this, Allah the Lord of the worlds has stated the knowledge of the whole universe.
28:31 The knowledge of the Day of Judgment is returned to Him.
28:39 Obviously, He is the One who has the knowledge.
28:41 And if anyone else has the knowledge, it is because of His grace.
28:44 This is the fundamental belief that the believers should have.
28:47 No one in the world can have knowledge of anything if Allah the Lord of the worlds does not want.
28:53 And if Allah grants someone with His grace, no one can object to it.
28:59 It is the will of Allah. It is the right of Allah.
29:01 He can grant and bless as much as He wants.
29:04 Allah has stated His knowledge in this Surah as well.
29:09 "Whatever fruit comes out of its coverings, and whatever a woman bears, and whatever a man bears,
29:19 and whatever he bears, it is in the knowledge of Allah."
29:26 So, all these things Allah has stated in relation to His knowledge.
29:29 And the purpose of all this is that later on, the mention of idols will be mentioned.
29:34 Allah has mentioned Himself in these verses and has drawn the attention of the disbelievers.
29:39 That do your idols have any special qualities that can be worshipped on the basis of which they can be of use to you?
29:46 Or that they can be turned towards you?
29:49 There is nothing like that.
29:50 In fact, on the Day of Judgment, the situation will be such that
29:52 "Wa yauma yunadihim aina shuraqai"
29:55 Where are my partners?
29:57 Allah will say in order to humiliate them, to disgrace them, and to make them speechless,
30:04 "Aina shuraqai" Where are my partners?
30:06 "Qaalu" They will say, "Aadanna kama minna min shaheed"
30:09 They will say, "We have already told you that none of us is a witness to this."
30:12 Meaning, the disbelievers will have to change their statement in a way that they will declare their non-relation.
30:17 But there will be different situations in the field of society.
30:20 Sometimes they will turn to their idols, sometimes they will try, sometimes they will say themselves where are they?
30:26 And sometimes they will declare their non-relation.
30:28 These are the situations that they themselves will not be able to understand what they are doing.
30:32 And obviously, a person who has made so many idols,
30:36 they do not understand what they should do and what they should not do.
30:40 When a person has a relation with a true idol, which is Allah, the Lord of the worlds,
30:45 then there is a unity in the mind, in the heart, in the thought, in the thought,
30:49 there is unity, and this is the blessing of Allah, the Lord of the worlds, in worshipping.
30:53 So these are all the things that Allah has instructed.
30:56 Then, further, a person, and a situation that has been mentioned before,
31:02 it has been stated that when we show mercy on him, then what happens to him?
31:08 When there are some difficulties, then what happens to him?
31:11 Hence, Allah says, "And if We show mercy to him after a difficulty, he will not say of it,
31:17 "I deserve this, this is my right."
31:24 That is, he forgets Allah when there is a mercy or a blessing,
31:27 he forgets the one who has given him, and says, "This is my right."
31:30 Dear viewers, here we should definitely think that
31:33 when we receive blessings and mercy, instead of relating it to ourselves,
31:37 we should first relate it to Allah.
31:40 Every time we say, "I deserve this, this is my right."
31:43 We should first relate it to Allah.
31:47 We should first relate every good thing to Allah.
31:49 We should also raise our children in the same way,
31:51 that they relate good things to Allah,
31:54 and they should be thankful to Allah.
31:57 Otherwise, this is the way of the disbelievers,
32:00 that they say, "This is my right."
32:03 And then how they deny the Day of Judgment, the disbelievers,
32:06 all these things have been stated.
32:07 Then, on this same person, Allah says, "And if We show mercy to him after a difficulty,
32:12 then he begins to pray in a long and broad way."
32:16 You must have seen, dear viewers, that when a person gets sick at home,
32:20 or is in a serious condition,
32:22 then what is the condition of the whole family,
32:25 the sincerity in the prayers will also be developed,
32:27 the prayers will also be prolonged,
32:29 the Zikr and Askaar, the Tasbeeh, the Wazifa, the Durood Sharif,
32:33 all these things.
32:34 As the sick person starts to recover,
32:37 the prayers, Tasbeeh, Zikr, Namaz, all these things,
32:41 start to decrease gradually.
32:43 Our relation with Allah is not such a condition
32:47 that we establish a relation with Allah according to our circumstances.
32:50 If this is the situation, then this is my relation with Allah.
32:53 If this is the situation, then this is my relation with Allah.
32:55 Our relation with Allah should be unconditional,
32:59 without any condition of circumstances.
33:01 This is the requirement of our faith,
33:03 and this is the faith that Allah the Almighty wants,
33:06 that whatever the circumstances,
33:08 we are the servants of Allah the Almighty,
33:10 because that Allah is giving us sustenance in all circumstances,
33:14 He is our Lord in all circumstances,
33:16 so we should also be His servants in all circumstances.
33:19 Then Allah mentioned the signs,
33:22 that in their nature, in their existence,
33:26 there are signs of our unity and power,
33:29 and they are present in the universe.
33:31 If we look at the system of the universe,
33:33 then there are signs present.
33:34 The system of sun, moon, day and night,
33:37 how they are running systematically,
33:40 for years and years,
33:42 centuries have passed,
33:43 there is no difference in their system,
33:44 how the seasons come and go,
33:46 the coming and going of day and night,
33:47 the circling of day and night,
33:48 the sun and moon,
33:50 the rising and setting,
33:51 such a great sign of Allah's unity,
33:54 that surely there is one being who is running all this.
33:57 If there were more than one being,
33:59 if there were more than one being running,
34:00 then this system would not have run like this.
34:02 Everyone has his own desire,
34:03 that I should run the universe like this,
34:05 to run under the same system,
34:07 this is the proof that there is one being,
34:09 Wahdahu La Shariq,
34:10 and this is a great sign of Allah's unity and power.
34:15 Then Allah said with the word 'Afaq',
34:17 'Wa fee anfusihim sanurihim ayaati na fil afaq',
34:20 We will show people our signs,
34:22 'Afaq-e-alam',
34:23 that is in the system of the universe,
34:24 'Wa fee anfusihim',
34:25 there are signs in the nature of man,
34:27 our own existence,
34:28 the organs of the body,
34:29 eyes, hands, feet,
34:30 this is in a sequence,
34:32 through this we can accomplish different things,
34:35 how great,
34:36 these are the signs of Allah's power,
34:38 the beauty of His creation,
34:40 which is in the veins of man,
34:42 'Ayaa wa bayaa',
34:43 so like this,
34:44 man should think in himself and in 'Afaq',
34:47 so that he can be near Allah.
34:50 Then the Surah 'Shura' was started,
34:52 when the verse number 38 will come,
34:55 there is the word 'Shura',
34:56 'Wa amruhum shura baynahum',
34:58 the people of faith discuss among themselves,
35:01 so the word 'Shura' is based on this,
35:03 that is why it is called 'Surah Shura',
35:06 there are 5 'Rukuh',
35:07 53 verses are in 'Surah Shura',
35:09 and it is included on very important topics,
35:11 in the beginning of this Surah,
35:13 Allah the Lord of the worlds,
35:14 answered the disbelievers,
35:16 that they used to wonder at the Quran,
35:18 that this Quran,
35:19 Prophet (PBUH) says that it is the word of Allah,
35:21 how is it possible?
35:22 that is, the objections,
35:24 the denial,
35:25 the thinking,
35:26 the wonder,
35:27 Allah said in the beginning,
35:28 'Qadhalika yu'hi ilaika wa ilal ladheena min qablika Allahul 'azizul hakeem',
35:33 that Allah keeps on saying the same Wahi,
35:35 or He says it to you,
35:37 and to those Prophets,
35:38 who passed before you,
35:40 that is, this is not a unique thing,
35:41 this is not a unique matter,
35:43 that for the first time,
35:44 a revelation of Allah has been revealed to the earth,
35:47 before this, the Prophets have descended,
35:49 and there are examples of this in the universe,
35:52 and the Prophets have come in different nations,
35:54 so all these examples are present,
35:56 and this is the wonder of the disbelievers,
35:58 in this way Allah has revealed it to the world,
36:00 then after that,
36:01 the helplessness of the idols,
36:02 that these idols are of no use,
36:04 that is, the idols for which they worship,
36:06 are of no use,
36:07 then after that Allah has stated the purpose of the revelation of the Quran,
36:10 that why did we reveal the Quran?
36:12 Allah says that we revealed the Quran,
36:14 'Litun zira'ummal qura'a wa man hawlaha',
36:16 so that you, beloved,
36:18 the people of Mecca,
36:19 and all the people around you,
36:20 you make them fear,
36:21 make them fear Allah,
36:22 bring them closer to Allah,
36:23 through the Quran,
36:25 'Litun zira'a yawmal jam'a ila ra'iba feeh',
36:27 and make them fear the Day of Judgment,
36:29 the meaning of the Quran is that,
36:31 the primary purpose is that,
36:33 we are closer to Allah,
36:34 we are closer to the Messenger of Allah,
36:36 and the fear of the Day of Judgment,
36:38 and whatever promises have been revealed to us,
36:40 their fear should be born in our hearts,
36:42 to simply recite the Quran,
36:44 to simply read the Quran,
36:46 or to just increase your knowledge,
36:49 this is not the only purpose,
36:51 surely the knowledge of the Quran,
36:53 and study, and everything, should be done,
36:55 but in our nature,
36:57 in our thoughts,
36:59 in our thoughts,
37:00 fear should be born,
37:01 we should create fear of Allah,
37:03 there should be a change in our behaviour,
37:05 this is the primary purpose of the Quran,
37:07 'Litun zira'a',
37:08 that you should scare,
37:09 so after scaring,
37:10 there is a change,
37:11 that you should make a person fear,
37:13 he stops, he becomes restless,
37:15 so this means that,
37:16 when the purpose of scaring is the revelation of the Quran,
37:18 this means that Allah wants to stop something,
37:20 he wants that people become restless,
37:22 he wants that they become free from some things,
37:24 so we should think about this,
37:26 in this way,
37:27 after this,
37:28 Allah made us pay attention to this,
37:30 that instead of focusing on our desires,
37:32 and bringing them to fruition,
37:34 we should turn to Allah,
37:36 'Wa maqtalaftum feehi min shai'
37:38 Ayat number 10,
37:39 Surah Shura,
37:40 when you have a disagreement,
37:41 turn to Allah,
37:42 in our case,
37:43 when there is a dispute,
37:44 we follow our desires,
37:46 that I want to do this,
37:48 the next one is also saying the same,
37:50 when one says that my desire will be fulfilled,
37:52 the other will also say the same,
37:54 so who will solve the dispute between the two?
37:56 The solution to the dispute is,
37:57 the religion of Allah,
37:58 Allah's Shariah,
37:59 that by coming to that Shariah,
38:01 the viewers can be at peace,
38:03 even though today,
38:04 people come to the Shariah,
38:05 and do as they please,
38:06 they come there and want a fatwa of their own,
38:09 that we get something of our own,
38:11 but anyway,
38:12 'Fa hukmuhu ila Allah'
38:13 we should forward the decision to Allah,
38:15 we should pay attention to it,
38:17 this is the most fundamental thing for us,
38:19 then,
38:20 there is a very fundamental verse,
38:22 about religion and Shariah,
38:24 'Shara'a lakum min ad-deen ima was-suh'
38:26 verse number 13,
38:27 Surah Shura,
38:28 it means that,
38:29 Allah the Lord of the worlds,
38:30 in every era,
38:31 and for every prophet and messenger,
38:33 has kept a fundamental rule,
38:35 to reach the Ummah,
38:36 that has always been the same,
38:38 in terms of beliefs and views,
38:40 and that is called religion,
38:42 'Tauheed' is the same message,
38:44 that has been going on from the beginning,
38:45 the Prophet (PBUH) also brought the same,
38:47 the principles of the Prophethood,
38:49 the matters,
38:50 the message,
38:51 are the same,
38:52 that all the prophets have brought,
38:53 in the same way,
38:54 the fundamental beliefs and views,
38:55 are the same,
38:56 this is called religion,
38:57 which Allah has always,
38:58 established in the same way,
39:00 the rest,
39:01 in Shariah,
39:02 there is a difference,
39:03 that the Shara'a of the different prophets,
39:05 have been different,
39:06 Shariah is called law,
39:07 therefore,
39:08 the importance of a prophet,
39:09 will be given to him,
39:10 as a law,
39:11 by Allah,
39:12 so,
39:13 the matters of Shariah,
39:14 have been kept different,
39:15 but,
39:16 the religion has always been the same,
39:18 and the meaning of religion,
39:19 is the fundamental beliefs and views,
39:20 but,
39:21 in this,
39:22 Allah has said,
39:23 'Do not make a difference in it',
39:24 this means,
39:25 that the difference,
39:26 that is made,
39:27 is due to the matters of the beliefs,
39:28 in that,
39:29 the difference is made,
39:30 where the Tauheed,
39:31 and the Prophethood,
39:32 and the fundamental beliefs,
39:33 will be made separate,
39:34 from there,
39:35 the difference will start,
39:36 the sectarianism will start,
39:37 therefore,
39:38 we should understand this,
39:39 from this,
39:40 we know,
39:41 that the matters of Shara'a,
39:42 the Shariah,
39:43 the matters of our daily life,
39:44 if there are some differences,
39:45 like the differences of the Imams,
39:46 the views of one,
39:47 i.e. if there is some stance of one,
39:48 then this is not a difference,
39:49 this,
39:50 the difference of the Ummah,
39:51 which has been declared as a mercy,
39:52 this is a sign,
39:53 that in matters of Shariah,
39:54 the differences of views,
39:55 or the differences of the issues,
39:56 there is no harm in that,
39:57 the difference is based on the beliefs,
39:58 this we should keep in mind,
39:59 some people,
40:00 because this word,
40:01 is applied on Shariah differences,
40:02 and they deny it,
40:03 and they seem to be more upset,
40:04 then this is not so,
40:05 this is a separate thing,
40:06 that the Shariah,
40:07 is not a difference,
40:08 that the Shariah,
40:09 is a difference,
40:10 that the Shariah,
40:11 is a difference,
40:12 that the Shariah,
40:13 is a difference,
40:14 that the Shariah,
40:15 is a difference,
40:16 that the Shariah,
